We are located approximately 5.6 miles off Interstate 44 on highway 8 or 1 3/4 miles west of Maramec Spring Park. We are located on the south side of the road with the swimming pool near highway 8.
Maramec Spring Park is a 1,850 acre wildlife refuge and is one of the most beautiful areas in Missouri. Maramec Spring is one of Missouri's largest springs with an average daily water flow of 100 million gallons. Maramec Spring's facilities include, Trout Fishing, hiking, picnicking, playgrounds, museum and other historical displays. Still standing at Maramec Springs is the first Iron Furnace in Missouri.
Trout Fishing...for Trophy Trout! Then take our trophy Trout Canoe Float on the upper Meramec River, or come fish the Winter "Catch & Release" Season in the Maramec Spring Park.
Maramec Springs Park has it's own Trout hatchery and you can feed the fantastic lunder trout. The park's fishing stream is stocked each day with Rainbow Trout for your fishing enjoyment. Our Country Store can save you money on all your ultra-light fishing supplies.
Canoeing, Kayaking or Rafting on the Clear - Clean Upper Meramec River! The Meramec River is one ot he most popular floating rivers in Missouri.
We offer canoe, kayak and raft float trips. There are great gravel bars on the upper Meramec River for fishing, swimming, picnicking, and overnight camping for our two-day float trips.
In renting a Canoe, Kayak or Raft with us we take you and your gear from the Country Store to the starting point. When your float trip is over we pick you up and return you to the Country Store. This keeps your car, camping gear, etc secure while you enjoy your float trip!
Hunter's Paradise! Our Country Store and RV Park is located in the heart of Deer, Dove, Quail, Turkey and Squirrel hunting. There is over 7,000 acres in Woodson K. Woods, one of the most beatiful State owned hunting and hiking properties in Missouri. This property is directly across Highway 8 from our RV Park!
