For couples 50 years of age or workers with no children. All rates based on one or two persons per occupancy. No doghouses, (any pets must be kept inside and on leash when outside with renter) storage buildings, rugs on grass areas, outdoor trash cans, etc., or RV Skirting not allowed. (Only two vehicles per RV permitted! No work trucks or equipment allowed)! Rates can be changed anytime with a 30-day written notice. Any and all damages to RV Park equipment will be charged to renter. Where prosecution becomes necesary all legal and court costs in addition to damages will be charged to monthly renter.
Metered Site Rate:
$210.00 per month plus electric. Deposit of $210.00. Total up front $410.00. Partial month after the first month will be prorated if leaving during the middle of the month. We take meter readings between the 1st. and 5th. of each month and the electric and monthly rent must be paid by the 10th. of each month.
Non-Metered Site Rate:
$350.00 per month paid in advance. (If leaving in less than a month rate will revert to fixed weekly rate)!.
Guest:
Any and all guest fall into our standard $2.00 per day per person as they will be using our facilities, pool etc. However, long term guest more than one week is not permitted!
